- Ingredients: ReadyCarved® Off-the-Cone Chicken Gyro Slices, bell peppers, red onion, tomatoes, Kalamata olives, lemon, dill, cucumber, Feta cheese
- Directions:
- Cook ReadyCarved® Off-the-Cone Chicken Gyro Slices in skillet according to package directions, remove and set aside
- Saute the bell peppers and red onion, stirring frequently, about 3 minutes
- Add the Chicken Gyro Slices back into the skillet along with the juice and zest of one lemon
- Stir fry, stirring frequently, until veggies reach desired doneness
- Add in tomatoes and olives. Top with dill, diced cucumber, and Feta cheese
- Serve over cooked rice and enjoy!
